Navneet is the Global Strategy Director at Ocean Energy Pathway (OEP), an international non-profit accelerating the deployment of a high-ambition offshore wind sector. As a member of the founding team, Navneet led fundraising and early operations and now spearheads a portfolio covering stakeholder engagement, communications, and strategy development, identifying the unique market, policy, and social frameworks needed for offshore wind to thrive in each region.

Based in London, Navneet joined OEP from the Global Wind Energy Council (GWEC). Previously, she served as a senior policy advisor to Ministers in the Canadian federal government, including the Minister of Natural Resources and Energy, and as a researcher in the Prime Minister’s Office. Her policy work covered national files on infrastructure, energy, climate, and public sector digital transformation. Navneet holds an MSc in Energy and Climate Policy from the University of Sussex and a BA in Political Science and Economics from the University of Alberta.
