Rizaller Amolo
Rizaller Amolo is Ocean Energy Pathway’s Country Manager for the Philippines.
Rizaller brings over 25 years of experience in the marine sector and conservation to OEP, both as a marine biologist and working with government, local and international NGOs in the country. He has been actively involved in coastal and fishery resources management programs, collaborating with academic institutions, NGOs, national and local government agencies, local government units, and community organizations across various regions of the Philippines.
His work focuses on research related to Marine Protected Areas (MPAs), resource monitoring, marine fisheries governance, and providing support to local organizations in planning, implementation, and project monitoring. He is an experienced program manager offering technical assistance to local government units in managing coastal habitats and fisheries resources in partnership with local stakeholders and communities with the use of his expertise in geographic information system, policy formulation, local planning and community facilitation.
