Qendresa Rakoci
Qendresa is a Finance Associate at OEP, where she supports the organisation’s day-to-day financial operations and assists with the financial tracking of projects by ensuring accuracy in financial processing, maintaining records, and assisting with financial reporting.
With a background in law, Qendresa transitioned into finance and has gained experience in both the non-profit and private sectors. Before joining OEP, she worked in commercial real estate, managing operational finances and development projects. Prior to that, she supported finance functions in emergency and development contexts at a humanitarian non-profit organisation.
Qendresa is based in the UK. Outside of work, she’s a photography enthusiast, capturing anything that catches her eye. She has a strong passion for perfumery and a love for travelling, especially to coastal destinations.
