Paul is OEP’s Operations Director and joined OEP full time in February 2024 after working on OEP’s foundation as a consultant since October 2023. In his role Paul leads the finance and operations team.
Paul has 17 years’ experience in public policy and operations across organisations including the UK Government, European Parliament and UK Government-backed policy accelerator, Tech Nation. He also has over 10 years of private sector experience in senior roles at FTSE 100 and CAC 40 firms. Over the last 5 years, through leadership roles, he has specialised in scaling SME operations in the UK and internationally.
