Kate Swieszkowska
Kate is an Executive Assistant at OEP, supporting the Executive Director, as well as the Chief of Staff and Senior Leadership Team. In this role, she manages complex diaries, coordinates meetings, oversees business travel arrangements, and supports a range of internal operational processes to ensure the smooth running of the organisation.
Kate began her career in the travel industry before transitioning into operations. In her last role, Kate supported the senior operations team in improving workplace strategy and logistics. She has experience in project implementation and has supported initiatives within dynamic environments while working closely with senior stakeholders. Kate has shared her professional expertise within the industry, including appearing as a guest speaker at the Business Travel Show at London ExCeL, where she spoke about expanding travel programmes globally.
