Hannah McGovern
Hannah is OEP’s HR Associate. Her role is to provide support to all staff throughout their life at OEP, and ensure the smooth running of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, development and performance management.
Before joining the OEP team, Hannah worked as an HR Co-ordinator, supporting ~350 employees at an education charity. Alongside this role, she completed her Level 5 diploma in People Management to become an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development. Hannah is passionate about fostering employee engagement and cultivating inclusive workplace cultures.
In her spare time, Hannah likes reading crime and psychological thrillers, exploring new places and attempting to train her dog, Bertie.
