Gracia Torres-Basanta
Gracia is a Project Associate at OEP. As part of the Project Management Office, she supports all the country teams with the day to day delivery of their projects, ensuring the programme and the procurement processes and tools run efficiently.
She has more than five years of experience managing projects in international development. Before joining OEP, Gracia managed donor-funded programmes across Latin America working on issues including transparency, public accountability and financial crime prevention. She also previously worked on EU-funded programmes specialised in Monitoring & Evaluation and in the field of European connectivity, sustainable energy and climate change.
Gracia is trilingual in English, Spanish and French and holds an MSc from Durham University in Defence, Development & Diplomacy as well as a BA from Aberystwyth University in International Politics & International History.
Gracia is based in London and, in her free time, loves to explore new recipes, travel to new corners of the world and spend as much time as possible by the sea.
