Emma is the Global Strategy Director at OEP. She is responsible for leading OEP’s strategy and policy, communications and impact functions. Emma also oversees the development of global programmes and engagement with key partners.

Emma brings over 15 years’ experience in strategy, technical advisory and implementation across climate policy, resilience and nature-based solutions. She spent over ten years at PwC, where she advised businesses, governments and investors on decarbonising. building climate resilience and unlocking prosperity at scale. She has designed and led large international climate programmes for donors and worked with governments, cities and international organisations on climate policy reforms and sustainable economic developments. She also spearheaded PwC’s global work on adaptation and resilience in the corporate sector.  She previously worked on international climate policy at the European Commission’s Climate Action DG and in policy research.  

Emma holds an MSc from Oxford University in Environmental Policy and a BA from University College London in European Politics.
