Dishant Parakh
Dishant Parakh is a Project Associate at OEP, where he supports offshore wind development in India by driving projects, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring smooth in-country operations.
He is an analyst trained from Indian Statistical Institute (ISI) and Urban Fellows Programme at IIHS, Dishant’s work has spanned over Water-Energy-Food-Ecosystem (WEFE) nexus and pollution mitigation strategies. He has collaborated with various organisations such as A-PAG, ATREE, Auroville Consulting, Quality Council of India, and The Peninsula Foundation. Passionate about sustainability, he has volunteered in indigenous reforestation and water conservation efforts in Tamil Nadu, and co-authored SCOPUS-indexed publications which have been presented at various conferences.
When not diving into analysis or crafting strategies, you’ll find him with his nose buried in a book. He is also a passionate badminton player, always up for a friendly match or two!
