Caroline Hoogendoorn
Caroline is a Senior Global Programme Manager at Ocean Energy Pathway.
At OEP, Caroline leads all standard Technical assistance programmes, from project idea, procurement, and through to implementation. She is in charge of setting up and leading programme and project processes. She works closely with Country heads, selects and coordinates delivery partners to ensure delivery of offshore wind projects across 10 countries. She contributes to Country plans for successful delivery of OSW development, overall OEP strategy and country specific goals.
Prior to joining OEP, Caroline has worked in EU policy/lobbying, 12 years in project management and 7 years in the sustainable development sector. She speaks French, English and Dutch.
Caroline is based in Paris. In her free time Caroline likes riding her bike around Paris, playing boardgames and is always looking for water in whatever form for a swim.

Caroline travaille à l’OEP comme Responsable du Programme mondial.
A l’OEP, Caroline est responsable des programmes et projets d’assistance technique dit standards, de l’idée de projet, sa mise en concurrence, à sa mise en œuvre. Elle conçoit et anime les processus relatifs aux programmes et projets. Elle travaille en lien avec les Responsable pays, sélectionne et coordonne les consultants de façon à garantir la mise en œuvre des projets d’éoliens offshore dans 6 pays. Elle contribue à la stratégie de ces pays pour le développement de l’éoliens offshore et à la stratégie de l’OEP.
Juriste de formation, Caroline a travaillé dans le secteur des affaires européennes, 12 ans comme chef de projets et 7 ans dans le secteur du développement durable. Elle parle français, anglais et néerlandais.
Caroline travaille à Paris. Dans son temps libre, elle aime rouler à vélo à travers Paris, découvrir de nouveaux jeux de société et est toujours à la recherche d’eau pour faire quelques brasses.
