Adie is a Project Associate for the Philippines at OEP, where she supports technical assistance delivery and multi-stakeholder engagement for the country’s emerging offshore wind sector.
Adie is a project management and innovation professional with nine years of experience driving inclusive and sustainable development across international aid, higher education, and workforce systems in the Philippines.
Previously, Adie led regional innovation and workforce strategies under USAID’s UPSKILL and STRIDE Programs, where she co-founded the Philippine Fabrication Laboratory (FAB LAB) Network and played a key role in establishing Regional Inclusive Innovation Centers (RIICs). She also managed one of the country’s pioneering university career centres, strengthening institutional systems for career readiness and student success.
A recognised trainer, mentor, and researcher, Adie is known for her ability to design inclusive, systems-based solutions that bridge policy, practice, and community-level impact.
